Matt is the founder of Calnan AI Labs. He also runs a real estate group and an investment fund, so he deals with the same manual work as the owners we help. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) by training, he brings an accountant's discipline to every project: what the manual work costs, what the fix would cost, and whether it's worth building. He reviews and approves every proposal before it goes out.
Partner, Vice President of AI Systems
James leads system design and development at Calnan AI Labs. He builds the connections between a client's software, the steps that run on their own, and the review queue that sends unusual cases to a person. He holds a degree in computer science, and his start in customer support shapes how he builds: around the people who use the system every day.
